Rectangular wire is made through an extrusion process, in which a wire rod is pressed through a die to acquire its Final dimensions. The wire is then covered with Paper, mica or other insulating material, or a combination of materials. Round wire gains its dimensions through one or more stages of cold drawing. The inline manufacturing process means that the Final drawing, annealing, enamelling are performed by the same machine.Taken together, this dramatically shortens lead times and improves our Fexibility and availability.
